No water no tea at the room but they supply other rooms with water tea and fruits when i spoke to the staff they said we stopped supplying rooms with water and u can buy it from the bar

I traveled alone with my kids, and all the staff was making sure that we had everything we needed. From the Reception ( where i could do a late check out, due to the late Return Flight) to the staff at the restaurant (decorating also our table with flowers). We really had fun and enjoyed our stay :)

Just a small suggestion : the meal timing was not ideal, especially with small kids. Lunch from 12:30 and dinner from 18:30, half an hour earlier would have been perfect.

Everything was great including food and especially entertainment team big thanks to them

Receptionist who checked us in needed to be cheerful and knows how to address things I didn’t like her manner she needs to be trained more in customer service Also found insects in the room
