Evento azucar es ta excelente 👌

Las habitaciones tienen chinches, y las vevidas son muy malas, la regadera gotea, nos dejaron sin energía eléctrica toda la noches, la regadera no funciona adecuadamente y tiran agua a la playa con muy mal olor, el tetro no está techado y se cancelan los eventos por las lluvias

La ubicación y playa del hotel

Reserve una habitación frente al océano y no se me respeto, los del hotel dijeron que no eran fotos reales las que vi en booking (excusa para no darmela), siendo que corrobore que si eran. La app booking es un show tener comunicación com su servicio al cliente. Demasiadas restricciones en el hotel para los que se hospedan solo 1 noche, las albercas a las 6pm ya estan cerradas. El buffet deja bastante que desear. Nosotros sinceramente no volvemos al hotel. El cuarto que me dieron nisiquiera la puerta del baño servía. En fin pésima experiencia.

la comida esta rica no hay mucha variedad pero lo que hay sabe rico, la limpieza fuera de la habitación bien.

los cuartos están viejos y el baño, les falta modernizar y la limpieza del cuarto no fue buena, además de que si puse el letrero para que entraran a limpiar y cuando regresamos de la playa a las 5 pm no habían hecho la limpieza.

La atención del personal fue excelente, las playa tranquila. Todo limpio y en orden. Recomiendo el tour de iguanas.

En la habitación qué me hospede no cuenta con smartv eso pudo darle más plus a la habitación.
