Yo fui por temas de trabajo y reserve con buemas espectativas. El problema es que les deje los datos de facturacion de la empresa y nunca me dieron mi factura. Hable muchas veces pero siempre recibi negativas de mi factura... y mi empresa de trabajo me cobro esos gastos por no presentar la factura a tiempo.. de verdad muy mal....

Once again we had a wonderful two weeks at the Royal Decameron in Bucerias. Once again we leave fully satisfied with every aspect of this resort. The staff are wonderful and will ensure your every need is taken care of. Karina in guest services went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent and the bartenders ensured you were served with your fav drink. Kudos to Angel at the beach bar and Christal at the sports bar. We will return for sure.

We stayed at the Grande Decameron for the first time since 2019. No real changes since that time. The resort itself has a great beach and great food. The rooms are becoming a bit tired but were clean. The staff were excellent. The beach chairs have not been upgraded since our last stay with them showing their age with some being broken. While it was rated a 3 out of 5 in my stay, it is probably closer to a 3.5/5. If you are looking for a resort with a great beach and good food, I would recommend the Grand Decameron. This was my 6th stay at the hotel. My recommendation to the owners is to refresh the resort. It is now part of the Wyndam chain.

The beach and property were great. The staff is doing a really good job on keeping the grounds looking excellent.

The buildings closest to the beach (Blocks 1 & 2) were definitely old / dated and needed to be refurbished (Modernized). The Wi-FI coverage around the resort was iffy at best and in our case, in our room, was non-existent. The booking APP for the restaurants did not work - which necessitated getting in a long line, usually a good hour before the reservation desk opened, in order to book a dinner reservation. There is a “No Reserving Loungers” policy that is TOTALLY ignored (not enforced) If you wanted a lounger on the beach you had to be down there before 6 am. If you wanted a poolside lounger you had to be there by 7:15am and sit there until the pool actually opened up at 9am. (I went to the desk agent one morning at 7:35am complaining about all the loungers being “reserved” by people placing towels and books in them and was told that I should call security, which I did and who didn’t seem to know about the “No Reserving Loungers policy” and I went back with the security guard to the same agent who then said that there was a ‘One hour grace” policy. There were many other guests present at that time and believe me NO ONE HAD EVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE!

Fourth stay at the phenomenal Decameron. My daughter and I had the most amazing vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer, and cannot wait to return to the Decameron. The resort is always updating and renovating the buildings. Our room in block 4 had new grout, tiles, shower curtain and the beds were comfortable. The food at Jap Jap was delicious. We didn’t make it to the other a la carte restaurants. Our wait staff at Flamingo and Tartugas made us feel so welcome. Thank you Jenny, Erik, Ilse and the many other staff members for your unwavering hospitality. To the kitchen staff for feeding us fresh, tasty food every day, we are grateful for the hard work you put into each meal. And the bar staff, Saul, Sebastian and the many others who also made us feel special. Thank you all. Great location. Close to the Bucerias market and Chedraui. A beautiful beach, plenty of activities, and the nightly shows at the main bar and then in the entertainment building are fun and so well organized. All in all, thank you Decameron staff and management for a memorable vacation. Hope to see you in the Fall!

This was our first visit to Mexico, and we could not have chosen a nicer place to go. The hotel was spread out across a set of six blocks, each with a pool and a bar, and all within a few minutes of each other, the beach, and the restaurants. There were many pleasant and comfortable shaded areas to sit in, to read or chat or people watch, or enjoy the appearance of the iguanas, of which there are approximaely 300 on the property. The food was good and varied. The a la carte restaurants were very good, especially the WOK , which served delicious Thai food; a special shout-out to the waiter, Cruz, who is charming and efficient, and has a great sense of humour. We were in a comfortable room in Block 1, which is on the beachfront and in between two great beach bars. Unfortunately, Block 1 is also close to the very busy "animation" square, where the activites and music start at 10 a.m. and continue until 10:30 or 11 p.m. Mind you, this didn't disturb us particularly, as we enjoyed watching people enjoying themselves! We hope to return next winter, and hopefully will be able to secure a room in Block 5, which is adults-only and removed from the noisier areas. We took a whale watching tour one day, well organized by Moses at the Block 4 lobby tour desk, and were thrilled to see numerous mama humpbacks with their calves. The whales even breached frequently right in front of the hotel, which was a special treat. The whole property is kept spotlessly clean and tended. All in all, excellent value
