Fantastic stay.

Car park can be a bit tight.

Great location. Staff lovely. Very clean. Very good dinner.

Decor very tired and needs updating. Breakfast average. If you wanted the room to be serviced you were asked to pay £20 unless you were staying 4 or more nights although the room was actually serviced the night before we left (we stayed 3 nights) so a bit confusing. Never had that in a 4 star hotel before. My friend asked for her washbasin tap to be looked at as it was only dribbling water out but nothing was done. She also had a problem with her shower . The person she reported it to said he’d have to ask someone what to do! Description says indoor pool and wellbeing centre but this is at a leisure centre down the road not at the hotel . We were in standard rooms and I got the impression that the extras like robes etc were only available in executive rooms/suites.

A nice quiet location within walking distance of town , staff were very friendly and a good choice of breakfast.

You have to pay extra if you would like your room serviced .

Perfect location to visit Cheltenham. Enjoyed a long walk through Pittville Park.

Breakfast was ‘OK’ !
