"Not a happy visit"

Location was very good. Bed very comfortable. Room size good.

Room and facilities not very clean. Extract fan filthy.Staircase dusty. WHB drainage blocked. Breakfast start time is not convenient for business people.

The location of this hotel is superb, a quiet square, but close to the eateries at The Brewery. Very friendly helpful staff and comfortably furnished rooms.

"It is not worth the money!"

On the plus side was the absolute spacious room and the hotel is in a nice location.

However, on the down side the so called extra large double bed was a two single beds put together and at night there was a faulty drain pump noise that I had to sort out myself (room 16), because there was no phone in the room to call the reception. Also the breakfast is extremely basic - we chose to go elsewhere. For £233 a night, it was a rip off!
