Good value and a excellent breakfast.

Uninspiring lobby area with multiple closed doors including the reception desk. This did not feel welcoming but the receptionist responded promptly to the bell/ buzzer. ( arrival time approx 5pm).

The hotel was close to the centre of Cheltenham so you could walk in, but on the periphery so that it was lovely and quiet.

Nothing springs to mind.

Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, fabulous food great time had by all.

Double bed on arrival but quickly resolved by staff on request into a twin problem solved quickly and efficiently thank you.

Excellent choices for breakfast- something for everyone !! Rooms very spacious. Very quiet location. Staff lovely and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Our very late arrival handled so well by the night porter.

We Irish love a drink!! would have liked a later closing time than 11pm in the bar especially as we were residents.
