-PROs: # Naturaleza hermosa y abundante # Cabaña hermosa, rustica y apegada con la naturaleza # Lugar precioso con aguas termales # Los botones que llevan las maletas muy amables # La comida muy rica -CONs: # Pesimo servicio al cliente en especial de la recepcionista Claudia # No hay mucha variedad de comida tanto cena como desayuno # Servicio muy lento pero muy lento # La hora del check in no lo cumplieron a tiempo ya que obtuve mi cuarto a la hora despues del tiempo establecido en la compra de la estadia y lo obligan a uno a realizar el check out al tiempo establecido # La limpieza de los cuartos no es buena ya que pude encontrar articulos de la persona que estaba ospedada anteriormente

Nos quisieron engañar al decirnos que el Check-in era a las 3pm porque no tenían la habitación lista, nos dieron otra habitación las 2:10pm. En el restaurante había muchos platos que no los tenían, según que no era temporada de Yuca, ni de Aguacate (cuando esto hay todo el año) tampoco tenían Pescado y además tardaron demasiado en llevar las bebidas. Ya hemos ido otras veces, y esta vez algunos pasillos tenían el piso pintado de Negro (pintura tipo aceite) así que con la Lluvia era muy difícil caminar ya que se vuelve muy resbaloso y en extremo peligroso. En la Habitación No había teléfono para comunicarse con recepción, tenían coffe maker pero No había café. En el desayuno el café es muy feo porque es de percolador, y falta más variedad de cosas para comer. No hay WiFi en las Habitaciones.

Quiique un peu vieillot au niveau des chambre l'endroit est tout de même agréable grâce à son environnement splendide sa piscine ext chauffée son spa sa petite cascade .... à essayer!!!

Lo que más nos gustó fueron las instalaciones y el paisaje al estar en una zona montañosa, la sensación de estar en contacto con la naturaleza es increíble. Lo que no nos gustó, fue que los precios en el restaurante son mucho muy caros

Hotel de viejas instalaciones, puede mejorar en limpieza de las habitaciones y de las piscinas. El área verde la tienen muy bien conservada, y la comida está buena. Hay senderos para caminar, la mayoría son en cuesta. El check in era a las 2 pm y llegamos a las 2 y 30 pm y nos dijeron que la habitación aún no estaba lista, que regresáramos a la recepción dentro de una hora y treinta minutos. El check out fue poco ágil y lento con fila bajo el sol como de 20 minutos.

Un lugar muy hermoso, aguas termales muy reconfortantes y comida muy buena. Vistas extraordinario del V. Irazu y V.Turrialba Isendero hacia arriba de la mantaña)

We loved our stay here. It is kind of out of the way to get to, but there was really no reason to go anywhere. The grounds are amazing and we loved swimming in the hot springs pool. Restaurant on site had delicious dinner and amazing breakfast (typical fare, but buffet style and high quality).

Personally I liked the nature, and the relaxing sounds of the river, however in terms of hotel services there're shady actions that make you dislike this place. Food, very bad. You have free breakfast but don't expect good taste, temperature or variety on this one, seems that the hotel want to save a lot of money on their free breakfast so, low your expectations to a regular hostel meal. Buffet Breakfast Serving portions are managed by staff so you don't go crazy with it; Restaurant menu is very limited and portions very small I do reccomend to leave the place and eat somewhere else, is a touris area and you can find much better prices and local flavors around. Main gate close at 9pm , if you leave your room for dinner be aware that if you don't come before 9pm you will end up sleeping in your car./ Lack of proper information to find places: Theres suppose to be a waterfall, we walked and almost end up lost in the mountain because there's no clear path to this place, the receptionist will explain a cartoon map with the location and thats all you have. If you're looking for a relaxing place for a massage o spa experience go to San Carlos, this is not even close with the quality you may find there.

Beautiful property, terrible food. Still chewing on a piece of premium steak, that took over 50 minutes to deliver, after waiting a reslly long time for my order to de taken. Dinner wasn’t better, Cordon-Blue piece of chicken was dissatisfying
