This is a gorgeous, historic hotel from the 1800's. The woodwork and architecture are amazing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

"Dirty and poorly maintained hotel"

This is likely the nicest hotel in Americus, however our room was filthy, the shower front was full of mildew and the air conditioning smelled heavily of mildew. The company should be embarrassed to have such poorly maintained rooms and HVAC systems.

"Elegant 19th Century Hotel. Perfect Stay!"

Very elegant hotel built in 1892. Clean room with comfortable bed. Beautiful interior. Downtown close to shopping. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant . The service and food was outstanding and the price was reasonable . Beautiful and elegrant dining .
