A really beautiful property in a unique location as part of the Sissinghurst estate. Very tastefully decorated with an attentive and welcoming host. Breakfast was excellent and afternoon tea a threat to the waistline.

We absolutely loved our stay here, equisite attention to detail, stunning location and decor, luxury without formality, and quite simply the most delicious breakfast you could wish for (make sure you try the granola!!) Will be recommending to everyone and hope to return again one day. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

"Beautiful location and delicious breakfast"

Both location and proximity to Sissinghurst Castle gardens makes this guesthouse extraordinary.

We requested a double bed room and were automatically booked in a two twin ADA equipped room via booking.com. The property manager advised to change our selection on booking.com, but there was no way to change our preference.

"Lovely hotel in peaceful location"

The farmhouse is right next door to the Sissinghurst National Trust property & is a lovely location, very peaceful & lots of walks from the door. The hotel was excellent; afternoon tea & home made cake provided, delicious breakfast & friendly helpful staff. We had the room with a small bathroom & a separate shower directly off the bedroom. I was unsure of this when we booked but it actually worked very well & would be happy to stay in that room again
