Fulton Lane Inn

Spend two fabulous days in Charleston, SC. We booked accommodations at the Fulton Lane Inn. The location was perfect and walking distance to many wonderful shops and restaurants. In addition, the room was spacious and the staff was super and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay at the Inn on my next trip.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Fulton Inn last weekend. We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the inn is very clean and charming. They serve continental breakfast delivered to the room every day! It's also in a great location. We could walk to everything in the downtown area. I would definitely stay there again.

I went rented a King suite for five days. While the room was clean and large, the furnishings could really use an update. However, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast arrived every day on time breakfast is pretty much continental style and nothing remarkable. The sherry in the lobby every night was a lovely touch. Staff was always smiling. My biggest issue with this hotel is that there is a major construction project right behind the hotel and you do hear the noise. The hotel didn’t say anything when I booked the room and I did so over the phone. When I got to the room, there was a placard stating that there was construction that they had replaced the windows with soundproof windows and provided all the rooms with a white noise machine. I heard noise late at night and in the morning. I define would not have booked this hotel if they had disclosed this adequately.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. The staff was wonderful, very helpful. The inn is unique and the rooms were lovely, very clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast delivered each morning to our room was delicious. Fresh fruit, toasted bagels, pastries, fresh coffee and tea. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the historical district. We parked the car in the garage next to the inn and never needed the car. We walked everywhere. The perfect place to stay in Charleston.

Just a lovely place and value for the money. Lovely touches like sherry in the evening and genuinely kind and helpful front-desk staff. A beautiful place in good repair, comfy, well appointed beds. Luxury at a reasonable price in the French Quarter.

Fulton Lane Inn is in a great location to walk just about anywhere! The room are nice and ours had a big bathroom, very small kitchen with a little walkway between the bathroom and bedroom. Continental Breakfast is nice and they alway call you to let you know it's on it's way and almost always early. Only issue I could say is they didn't seem to look into the kitchen area. There can be some noise from the street.

Work travel has you going to and from plenty of hotels, but I was actually saddened to leave Fulton Lane Inn. The staff were hospitable and the quiet space was welcomed after long day of interacting with people. In fact, I only saw two other guests during the 3 days I was there. I especially appreciated the fireplace during the cold snap and the spacious size of the room. I've found my vacation spot when I return to Charleston!

Had such a great trip- Fulton Lane Inn was conveniently located and easy to find; room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious (get the assorted pastries!) and so nice to have in the room. Staff were friendly and so helpful every time we saw them!

Fulton Lane Inn is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Charleston. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the historic district and within easy walking distance of all the major historic sites, shops, and restaurants. You truly feel immersed in Charleston from the moment you step outside. The Inn itself is charming and full of character, with a historic feel that makes it seem like you’re living in a different century. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the continental breakfast delivered to your room at your chosen time was a lovely touch and a great way to start the day. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone wanting an authentic and convenient Charleston experience.

Great cozy inn. It’s a bigger hotel than I expected. Location is as good as it gets. Every place is within walking distance. Great restaurants all with 5-10 min walk from inn. Rooms are clean and of moderate size. Bathroom is a bit dated. Breakfast served in room and delivered right on time. Good value all over.
