"Amazing Breakfast"

The hotel is a little dated, but clean. The best thing about it is the amazing hot buffet breakfast and the price. Also, Telus satellite TV. Highly recommend! I go for a week every month for work and wouldn't book anywhere else in Slave Lake.

"Getting Closer"

Rooms can be way too far of a walk from lobby and front desk area. I mean they can be 10 minutes away as this property is huge if you do not stay in the main building. Our air conditioner did not work in room 542. They have done some renos but it still feels run down and dirty. I stayed there for work so my room was paid for. I would not choose this place otherwise.

needs upgrade to keep up with newer hotels. Staff were very friendly for anything that was needed. "Exceptional"

Found everything to be very good. Had drinks and food in the pub, which were very good, breakfast was very good, room was clean! No complaints. We even ran into Wayne Gretzky and Gord Bamford in the restaurant at breakfast! They stayed there also, so I figure that says it all!

"Weekend Away."

The room was very clean, but a little worn. The chaulking around the tiling in the bathroom was torn and very old, and the shower curtain rod wouldn't stay in place. The air conditioning unit is one of the old window models and didn't work well. It was a very quiet hotel and the bed was comfortable and the room spacious.

"Nice hotel"

Our stay was pleasant. The only issue I noticed is that in the email it says breakfast buffet but the morning we ate it is not. The AC doesn't work properly as well.
