Slave Lake Inn & Conference Centre

Interesting layout in a handy location with a good breakfast. Quick overnighter didn’t leave time for much other than a solid sleep.

Ok, not great, just OK. The hotel is really starting to show its age. Breakfast was also average at best.

We found the check-in process simple, the staff very cordial, and the room clean and decently appointed for a room at this price point.

Nice place to stay. Friendly and reasonably accommodating.

We picked this hotel because the price was great along with the reviews it received on Booking.com boosted about the comfortable beds. It was one of the best nights sleep we got at a hotel. The hotel did live up to the reviews. When we arrived the guy working on the front desk saw us coming with our luggage and ran out to keep the door open for us and he was very polite and friendly. Will stay at this hotel when we are in Slave Lake again!!

Staff tried to be helpful but uninformed. Clean but dated. Bathroom desperate for update. Supper excellent and Continental breakfast above average. Overall acceptable value for price.

This was my first trip to Slave lake and not knowing where to stay I went to Expedia and picked out The Slave lake inn and then decided to book a room On ck in we were greated with a smile and all the info we needed the room was clean and the bed comfortable Had a great stay

The hotel staff was friendly. Check in was really quick and easy. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with eggs bacon and hash browns. The room was clean but outdated. Some rooms have been renovated and some haven’t. If you are looking to save some money this hotel is a great choice!

Should have known to steer clear of the place when I phoned the hotel directly to make a reservation. Price was even higher than through Expedia, and the lady argued it couldn’t be.. then told me to just book it on Expedia! Price was 20% off regular price. Anyways, the room itself was a very long confusing walk to the far end of the world. Small, probably has looked the same since it was built, the pictures were not a very accurate depiction of the room we got. The bathroom wasn’t big enough to change your mind in. As for the free buffet breakfast, it was probably the best part of our stay and still wasn’t great. I won’t be staying there again, won’t recommend it either.
