The staff were very friendly and accommodating -- at the front desk, in the hallways and in the restaurant. We were given an upgrade from a queen to a king size bed which was totally awesome! The cleanliness was noticeable. Wonderful, overall. The breakfast was nice, but it would have been nice to have bacon or sausage.

"Decent hotel"

This hotel is an example how an old and worn-out building can still be clean and comfortable. The service is great, breakfast was satisfactory and there is a nice open garden between building blocks. The hotel is located right in front of the Northen Lakes College, if you ever need to go there.

Hotel room was good, everything was ok except for the Restaurant. I would stay there again but wouldn’t use the restaurant. Not the cleanest room.

"What a Great Resturant"

I didn't stay here, but I did come here for dinner, and I am sad to see that the Restaurant doesn't have its own entry on TripAdvisor. If it did, I am confident that it would be the top restaurant in town. Upscale menu that wouldn't be out of place in any major city. Even the wine list is unexpectedly curated. A hidden gem for sure.
