Its been good stay here. As per the fare hotel is excellent. Ambience of hotel is excellent. Indian food was not at all available.

My second stay, will return. Hotel is well used, a little shabby but great value for money. Staff are always polite and friendly. Nice pool and food, quiet area, little street noise, will always come back.

Hotel staffs were very kind, the room was comfortable. Easy access to food market.

The deluxe room we booked was nasty. Mold in the bathroom dirty. Wouldn't recommend it. There are better places to stay.

Bed was a bit hard which I didnt mind, nice modern room but state of bath/ shower let it down and dogs next door would go off every night, not hotels fault but they should be talking to neighbors about them and I would have breakfast elsewhere as it was a bit ordinary

Although, overall, my travelling companions and I enjoyed our stay here (probably due to ourselves, rather than the resort), there were a number of very disappointing flaws that made our stay less than comfortable. I understand this is a 3 star hotel (we weren't expecting a palace) - but I think the Expedia pics are very generous. We had been upgraded, so I'm concerned what room we would have received without it. Pros: Staff - Excellent, friendly and reasonably attentive Rooms - Spacious Facilities - Pool (although ageing) was wonderful. Food - The a-la-carte menu was generally very good quality Buffet Breakfast - No Pro's Location - Quiet, reasonably secluded, but only 10 mins walk from the start of Patong's main street. Cons: Staff/Checkin - Archaic organisation and paper based form filling. Slow Rooms - Tired, in need of a complete renovation. Bathroom was substandard - missing tiles, broken bathtub. Bed felt like it was springs covered with a sheet - very uncomfortable. Ants throughout rooms. Stained fabrics. Facilities - Spa is very tired. Reception is very aged. Buffet Breakfast - Very disappointing. Meagre options and amounts of food. All very poor quality. I only ate the buffet twice in 7 nights due to this. Overall - would not stay here again - although the price was very reasonable.

The hotel is clean and exotic but a bit old, hotel staff were very helpful. However, there were a lot of mosquitos in the outdoor restaurant. I have to cover myself for dinner. The spa was crap, pillows stink and the lady didn't have much technique. She was also late for the appointment. Don't recommend at all for the spa.

Some construction noise nearby which will presumably stop soon, not too much of a problem. The distance from the beach is actually an advantage I think. It is about half an hour walk in which is good exercise, and also means it is much quieter than locations closer in.
