The staff was great everyone was friendly but there’s a few maintenance issues that needs to be corrected like the shower curtains being dirty in the bathroom the balcony paint was fading and needed to be repainted the balcony had three locations for flowers which none were in and it was just dirt the white plastic chairs that were provided for the balcony weren’t great to say the least they were old and changing colors

Overall nice resort. Need some refurbisment. Breafast nice and staff friendly and hard working

Nothing fancy to write of. Club Bamboo is okay, nothing terrible of note, nothing exceptional either. I susect we got sick from the ice in our drinks though, and sometimes the fruit smelled suspect too.

It started not too well, Bamboo Club overbooked our room we booked months in advance, and only told us once we handed over our passports, signed the documents and left the deposit that the room up for offer for the 1 of 3 nights was a very low budget room, but free breakfast was to make-up for the trouble for the next 3 days... PROS: - The pool was fantastic, great environment to tan and relax poolside. - Views were great, a lot better than most of the hotels / resorts we stayed at - The chill out zone up near the reception was great to just relax and enjoy the view - On-site Scooter Rentals was convenient - Overbooked room CONS: - Majority of the tanning beds were broken, and just DIY fixed with a few screws and left over wood, and some not fixed at all - Most of the equipment besides free weights and treadmills inside the gym were broken - Rooms often smelt vulgar

This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had. The room. Was bare, uncomfortable, ant infested and nothing like the photo in the advertisement. You asked my opinion after checking in. Once I virtually made these same comments, the young lady identify ING herself as a manager (name Wui I believe) was irritated as she offered to move me.I after gathering my things and following her she stated she had upgraded me initially so since I complained she was now moving me to the room I paid for....disgusting. I stayed 8 days here and 6 days at another of your hotels in Bangkok which was equally as misrepresented. My last night in country was supposed go be a hotel on the airport called Hostel. How was I to know it was o not a cube with no toilet nor shower facilities and only available to me for 4 hours. I ended up going to a hotel that was 4 times the cost. Bad experience all the way around on this trip.

Best place to stay in Potang

Staff were very friendly and happy to help, restaurant didnt have huge food/beverage selection but was cheap and yum. Beds werent very comfy but rooms cleaned daily. Overall had a great stay, good value for the price.

The Hotel is Nice and Clean, but no Lift, so if you are elderly, then you have problem Climbing the Stairs, Staff were Nice and Helpful.The Day receptionist was very helpful, but the Night Clerk was Extremely Rude , was actually snapping at me and my wife. The hotel staff helps you to take your Luggage up to your room when Checking in , but no help when Checking out, so you have to bring Luggage down the stairs ,by yourself, there is also a nice Pool in the Hotel

Pros - location away from the busy of the main beach and main bar/restaurant strips - pool small but pleasant Cons - bathroom - shower was leaking through the bottom of the sink which wet a lot of the floor, also because the drain wasn't positioned well in the bathroom for the water to flow. Reception weren't particularly helpful to fix or prevent further leaks, we compromised to ask for extra towels to manage the leak and wet floor ourselves, but often left unchained by room service, which created more smells of damp and calls regular enough to reception to request replacement towels (which didn't always come quickly, or large enough towels to help with the leaks despite asking for large ones to begin with) - the toilet chain broke twice so that the toilet wouldn't flush. - the continental breakfast set was nice, but my partner did not enjoy the American breakfast at all, particularly the meats. It was not pleasant so much so that we chose to not try anything on the menu for lunch or dinner. - checkin was quick and amendities and services were not shown to us on the way to our room. The girl who checked us in spoke so fast that we had to ask her to repeat a number of things. And she walked to our room so fast that we weren't even sure how to get back to the entrance of the hotel a few moments later to go out for lunch - shuttle bus to main beach strip was inconvenient. EG, departing at 12 and returning 1245, so if we wanted to stay longer, we wouldn't have to wait 445pm

The staff was nice and very accommodating, food was decent. Area is a long walk from Patong, and 200 baht one way!
