"Cosy hotel, terrible front desk staff"

I got the wrong room the first night and no apology from the management after room swap. She was very rude about it and the room wasn't ready til 7pm which is ridiculous. The hotel was located quite far from places to eat but was quiet and they offered daily shuttles to the beach. Good housekeeping and amazing shower and spa. But the front desk team could have been nicer.

"Value For The Money"

A bargain price with happy, helpful staff. Comfortable room with great AC and bathroom with big bath and a shower over it. Balcony over looking banana trees. Many steps to get anywhere but keeps one fit! Clean free form pool with operating water fall. Buffet breakfast tended to be a bit cold as underneath heater often blew out. Tasty meals at very reasonable price for dinner. Shuttle service to beach but only 3 times a day.
