Rooms in need of renovation mouldy bathroom to many steps and no lift never got room we paid for for 3 days food in restaurant cold and returned 3 times without satisfaction only good thing was some of the staff

Very tired hotel. Room was very damp, from water seeping through bathroom light from bathroom above us. On reporting this,a fuse and bulbs were changed twice, but water still dripped through for the weeks stay. Bathroom walls and ceiling covered in mould and terrible sewage smell. Room door hardly locked and Mosquitos were terrible. We had to stay in two other rooms over night due to no electricity, but made to return to our old one the following mornings.

Clean, quiet, nice room and polite staff. Overall great, got a nice room overlooking an a big pond of water piecefull.

Toilet was blocked and didn't flush - hotel staff didn't fix. Had to go to pool toilet. Had buy coffee from hotel every morning. Supplied satchels of coffee and sugar in room but never supplied milk or cups. Sheets and bedding were not changed when room was made up they just made the beds.

Prepare for your inner zen to come out. The environment of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. The staff is super friendly. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool. You get your own patio which is really nice. Overall we were impressed with club bamboo.

The hotel is spacious but some of the facilities is not well maintained.

What a memorable experience great staff great hospitality 15 nights of comfort at a cheap affordable price just recently being renovated, nice swimming pool, nice food lovely staff loved the hospitality and I'm looking forward to going back there in the future. My stay was very enjoyable once again in well managed pleasant resort.The large sized rooms are very comfortable and clean. Has an eye pleasing garden setting with a nice pool and restaurant that serves delightful food. The staff are always very pleasantly polite and hard working. My stay on this occasion and as well as other stays here have been a very comfortable enjoyable relaxing holiday in Phuket. Will stay again here on my next holiday.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a superior deluxe room, when I entered, it smelt damp and the bathroom was in great need of a revamp. The bed was hard and squeaked at every movement. Such a shame that the hotel didn't live up to the photos or the standard set by the service.
