James Bay Inn Hotel, Suites & Cottage

Hotel has character and history, the location is excellent being in a quiet neighbourhood and not too far from downtown Victoria. Very warm and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Good food in the downstairs cafe for dinner and breakfast.

The location is perfect as it is very close to downtown and in the heart of lovely James Bay. As it is in a residential neighbourhood, it is very quiet. We had breakfast at the restaurant twice and it was very good. The pub also had good food and atmosphere. Service was great in both places.

Being that the weather was very warm outside, also made the room quite warm. While there are fans provided, it was still quite warm in the room. I don’t think AC will ever be an option due to the building’s age and design. The opening windows helped as well.

Mooie locatie in echt typisch engelshotel. Authentiek. Locatie is perfect. Je loopt zo.naaar Fishermans Warf en downtown.

De kamer is erg klein. Je kunt je koffers niet kwijt.
