James Bay Inn Hotel, Suites & Cottage

We stayed in a garden suite, very relaxing overlooking beautiful gardens, hummingbirds and squirrels. Close walking distance to beacon Hill park, downtown, coastline and bus stops. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was good. While the older hotel had plenty of charm, the rooms were comfortable, but basic. I especially enjoyed having chats with the front office team, lead by manager, Heddy

Der Respekt gegenüber dem Haus und seiner Geschichte kombiniert mit modernen Elementen. Sehr geschickt gemacht, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Sauberkeit. Und natürlich die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals.

Comfortable suite in a great location. Within easy walking distance of the town centre. Parking on site was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent too!

Friendly staff. Great location for Victoria centre.

There were two chairs in the bedroom which meant that there was no room for our suitcases. The staff were good and took them out for our stay. Didn’t like the dark patterned carpet. The curtains didn’t cover the windows so we asked the staff for bulldog clips to hold them together. There were no drinks facilities in the bedrooms. Hot drinks were available from the reception area but only until 11.00, this really needs to be extended as people generally like a drink upon returning after their sight seeing day.

Really lovely area to stay highly recommended this place close by to everything easy walkable very comfortable stay in one of the cottages
