"Good location and good value even tho it has a few drawbacks"

The location is perfect, right in downtown and close to most places we wanted to visit. Bus stops are also nearby, so if need to go to some places a bit far away like Butchart Gardens, it's also very convenient to just take a direct bus. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

The room's soundproof is basically nothing. The facilities are quite old and the fact that there’s no AC really makes it less comfortable during warm days.

The location is great - walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed the restaurant - food and ambiance

An elevator would be great, but understand that it would not be possible to install one.
