The staff was very friendly.

My room had bed bugs and both me and my baby were bit all over.

Nothing. This place is bleak. I felt genuinely unsafe. I’ve never left a hotel before after check in but we walked in the room and walked out after five minute and booked another hotel.

Everything. Dirty, dogs barking, pool was unusable, non-smoking room stank of cigarettes and had burns in the covers. The place needs to be condemned.

NOTHING at all. The place was filthy. Do NOT go. Not worth the money.

Firstly, I paid for a room with one living room, two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed $70, when I got there the guy said he only had a room with two queen beds($50). I told him I paid for the suite and he said there was a damage in the room and the room was not available. I asked him if I was going to be charged a lower rate and he said “no”, the room we paid for was not worth it. We got there late so we just took the room, the vibe was not comfortable at all, I had younger children with me too. As soon as my children got into the room they saw cockroaches and spiders. The bed sheets and pillows had stains. The walls and curtains also had stains. The bathroom had two large holes in the door and the toilet almost did not flush. There were not towels, only small face towels but all of them were stained as well. When we woke up the next morning, the “Mountain View” was terrible, the walls of the building was beat up, dent and cracks, rusty. There were cigarette buds all over the parking lot.

The convenience in town

Got a kitchenette, the stove didn't work. Only 2/8 outlets worked. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No lock other than the one on the door. People def live there and are loud and smoke 24/7. No bible, No tv guide. The dresser drawer bottoms were broken so you couldn't use them. That was our room let alone our friends that their tub didn't drain at all, mold on shower curtains, their stove also didn't work, sink leaked like crazy. Just over all not happy with our stay and would never recommend it and I'm very lenient with hotels.
