Total waste of money. They made it seem like the indoor pool was heated. It most definitely was not. The indoor pool was ice cold. The pool was one of the reasons that I chose this hotel. Breakfast was not good. The lighting in the room was very dim even with all of the lights on. Most of the equipment in the exercise room was broken. The TV in our room did not work properly. There's roaches. Also I know some of the pictures show arcade style games, this hotel does not have those. The overall stay at this hotel was atrocious. Definitely will not be booking with them again. Ever.

"Rude & disrespectful"

Absolutely NOTHING!

I had a reservation for over a month & when we went to check in my room wasn't available due to them giving my room to someone who wanted to stay extra time. I was offered another room that didn't have water. Whoever the lady was that wad there wad extremely rude. I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay at this crap hole.

"Very pleasant, worth the money!"

The room was very clean, the area has many food choices and was quiet. The room even had a full size fridge and would be great for a long stay or for someone with kids who always wants snacks.

Only normal complaint is the bed was hard, but that's all hotels. And the bathroom light was on a timer. The bright light you had to turn the timer on, but the normal light was really dim like a nightlight.
