"Stay was fine."

The room was fine

I was charged twice for this room on my credit card. I booked through a booking app originally and my card was swiped again upon arrival. I assumed this was for incidental reasons and thought nothing of it. I waited for about a week for the charge to drop and it hadn’t. I just checked again and the charge is still there. It’s been 3 weeks. If this does not get resolved I will dispute it through my bank. I am willing to provide the necessary proof.
