It is a very badly maintained property with 0 standards and 0 respect for the guests. The food is bad and the menu is repetitive. While it’s a huge and beautiful property the lack of maintenance and service standards make the stay feel like a punishment. The management is absolutely not bothered with lack of ownership and responsibility.
