Residence Inn Indianapolis Northwest

They over booked, took my money, and sent us to a small and inferior hotel. The other hotel sent to invoice to Residence Inn at a cheaper price and Residence Inn pocketed the difference. Other customers given same treatment. I want a refund.

It was Indy 500 weekend, After a long drive from Louisville , We were hungry and was too tired to go grab something to eat. We were lucky enough that they had a Hot Dog Bar for us to eat. I thought that , was Amazing !!!! Thank You for a wonderful experience and i plan on coming back next year. Hopefully i'll be surprise again .

Nice to have a full kitchen, although we didn't use it. It was very quiet, dark room, big bathroom, nice staff and great breakfast selection.

I had a really particular and special experience that I'd like to give appreciation for. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times for business trips, where the office I visit is a 5-10minute drive away. On a rainy morning where I had to be in the office for an important meeting, I had absolutely no luck finding an Uber or Lyft to bring me from hotel to office. Shane Mobley (Director of Sales) was manning the front desk and quickly looked for ways to help me. He called a couple taxi services who rejected the ride stating they were too far way and busy. Shane, without hesitation, decided that he would offer me a ride to the office. It may have been a little unorthodox, but it was the miracle I needed in that moment. Shane was friendly, professional, and a great driver :) Thank you so much Shane for helping me when I was in a tough spot. I won't ever forget your act of kindness. I hope you're doing well my friend!

Enjoyed warm pool and staff is personable

We checked in and our room didn't look clean. Dishes in the dishwasher yet and trash in a lower cupboard. We were able to change rooms. Our new room #224 looked better but when we pulled out the pullout couch there was trash under the couch. I slept ON the couch and not the pullout. Breakfast was good but very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.

Thr location is great, nice area to walk our dogs.

Our room had no sheets for the pull out bed, food was left in the cupboards, clock was on the wrong time. No coffee available all day. The hotel smelled like weed the whole time. This was my favorite hotel to stay when visiting family. Now im not sure.

The check-in process started with the receptionist calling my service dog a “pet” and trying to charge me a $125 fee plus another nightly fee. Everyone knows service dogs aren’t “pets.” The room looked relatively clean but there were some noticeable stains on the walls and furniture. There was also a rip on the ottoman. 99% sure the air ducts haven’t been cleaned in forever because I got super sick the first night and am still dealing with bronchitis 3 days later. Now I’m being charged a random $40 fee and nobody will answer the phone so I can ask what it’s for. The last Marriott I stayed in was great…this one not so much.
