Nice property. It’s a bit older, but was in good condition and we found it to be very clean. Pleasant atmosphere.

Spent one night here and would not stay here again. I chose the hotel because its location was convenient to where I needed to be, but there are several other hotels nearby and I would stay at any of them instead of this Residence Inn. After I checked in I had to return to the front desk twice because of problems with my room. The first problem was that housekeeping (or someone) had propped the door open by setting the deadbolt to be extended. I couldn't figure out how to retract the deadbolt so that I could close the door. The front desk person came and did the magic sequence that got it to close properly. I then turned on the television to find the screen displaying "NO SIGNAL." The front desk person returned and spent several minutes doing things to the back of the television and got it working. Both problems weren't huge in the overal scheme of things, but were annoying and point to a lack of attention to detail. The front desk person was quite disinterested and unapologetic, making me wonder if problems like that are par for the course at this hotel. When I was ready to go to bed I discovered that the bed's topsheet was folded over halfway up--very odd that someone would make up a bed like that. If I had discovered that earlier in my stay I would have said "that's enough" and headed over to the nearby Hilton but it was late at that point and it was easier to just remake the bed. Not sure if the room hadn't been used a while, but the next morning when I turned the shower on the initial water that came out of the showerhead was discolored. The water quickly ran clear, but still it was kind of gross. I'm Marriott Gold and have stayed at many different Marriott properties--this was by far the worst. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this slipshod place.

We learned upon check-in that our one night reservation for two rooms had been converted into a two bedroom suite because the location was sold out for that evening. The suite had two bedrooms that opened into a large common area with a full kitchen that worked for our family group and saved us money. All of the staff were pleasant, especially Omar at the front desk. The suite was comfortable and clean and everything worked. The overall impression is that this location could use a freshening up. That said, we had a pleasant stay and we would return.

My husband has been staying here for business and my sons and I came to visit overnight. We brought our dog because we heard it was allowed. My husband talked to the GM Tammy Coleman, generally asking her how much extra for the pup to stay. She went off on him. He was confused on how she was telling him. Basically $125 for a dog to stay the night (which is insane) Anyways, he was trying to clarify with her on what she was saying and she got so rude with him. He kept his cool and left. She ended up emailing my husband's work, jeopardizing his job because he was out of line. She was out of line and very disrespectful for someone who is planning on staying here for a long period of time. I plan on contacting higher ups to report her for her behavior. On the other hand. Omar who was working the desk at night was fantastic and very helpful.

Very nice room. Very comfortable bed. Limited breakfast at this time. Staff was great. Only issue was every time the air conditioner turned on it was as loud as an alarm for about a minute. The first night it woke us every time but the second night we slept through it much better.

We had the King suite and it was large and nice.

Staying Monday through Friday in July. Hotel refused to clean room for stays under 7 days blaming it on COVID-19 policies when everything already reopened and another Residence Inn still cleaned everyday even in February and March. Called front desk numerous times and that said to leave trash and towels outside of room. Stay away!
