Travelers inn by OYO Wichita Falls

This hotel was one of the worst we ever stayed at. First of all all rooms in that town are supposed to be non-smoking. When I check in the lobby is pretty dirty and a mess. I check in, the room assigned smell nasty like smoke. The covers on the bed had holes in them like cigarette marks. We then tell them at front desk and then they give us another room. That room as well had holes in the coverson the bed and was very dirty. It didn't smell but the AC would be SUPER loud every few minu 10:02 AM Then I find out in the morning that room didn't even have a working smoke detector!! the room had it removed. This is a VIOLATION of the fire code! I told the front desk person and he just said he has been there a long time and the current owners "do not care about the rooms or the people's stay" and that was out of his mouth. he wrote down the issues to tell the owners but said he couldn't do anything about it

Upon arrival at 2am since I’m traveling from CO, my lovely neighbors had their door open with a viscous dog running loose that charged me, I contact the front desk and they did nothing. The shower was disgusting, bed was horrible. The entire place was unkept and not clean. Upon leaving this morning I was greeted by that lovely dog once again who charged me yet again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Room was dirty and full of roaches. The bedding had holes. The drapes had what appeared to be bodily fluids on them. The room smelled moldy and smoky. Overall terrible experience.

Price seemed good, but we paid an extra $10 for a king bed, but the room had one queen. Clerk said he couldnt give back any money. It was generally clean, but at least 1 towel was stained or dirty. Also no cups for drinking.

Absolutely worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Room was Absolutely horrendously cleaned. Woke up and checked out at 230am due to bed bugs and having bites all over me.

The price was good. I had stayed at Red Roof elsewhere at a decent rate and was satisfied. This room smelled like marijuana, there was trash on the floor, a fourth of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and there were people looking for drugs in the parking lot. The worst room that I have had in this century.

Clean, Front Desk was Friendly. Stress Free

Stay was pretty gud. Jus upset there was no fridge. The sink was backed up. Housekeepers never came by to service room.

The room door was damaged and did not lock and could easily pushed open. Tv did not work. Smoke alarm was chirping. Bed had sheets only no blanket/comforter. Not to mention the drug pipe wrapped up in a hand towel that was in the room.

Great and friendly check in and smooth and quick. Perfect last min reservation. Site is slightly run down and pool is closed and covered. But served us great. Clean beds and room. Shower was hot. Walked to whataburger for dinner right next door.
