Travelers inn by OYO Wichita Falls

Dirty bathroom, unattended water damage/mold at bath wall-baseboards, trash and dirty towels left behind bath door, lavatory drain clogged Two towels were left for use Floors were wet when we got to the room at 4-5pm. Overall feeling that room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Very disappointed to have wasted my Hotels.com free night, on this hotel.

Room needed maintenance had roaches

The sheets had holes in them refrigerated had food in it plus bathroom was dirty and no coffee in the room or front desk I won’t stay there again. I just want my money back

While I enjoyed the room itself, there was no hot water, and the other tenets where up partying yelling and fighting all night long. The door handle on the outside of the door was broken and you had to use a full body bump just to get the door to open. I honestly didn't feel safe at this hotel. I will never stay here again.

My biggest disappointment was the unreliability of the Wi-Fi. Occasionally it would work then a minute later the dreaded "you are not connected" symbol would appear. It didn't work more often than it worked.

This property was the last choice and had an accessible room. For the last 3 days, there was water on the ground and called the manager and the only this he did was to wrap it and inform my clients that they would need to break the wall to fix it. This was unacceptable to my clients and did not have another room so they had to leave due to being unsafe. The manager said that he would not refund any days so I filed a complaint with Expedia TAAP Case #146230535 to get back three days of refund since my clients had nothing to do with this issue and could not accommodate them. This is not right and I am sure everyone in my client's shoes would have probably done worse than my elderly clients.

Never again

The place was terrible. The people in the next room banged on the walls all night. They threw dirty sheets in the walkway that we had to walk over. The sheets on our bed were dirty. There were no towels. The bathtub was peeling. There was no cable TV antenna only. Then when I spoke with manager he was the worst. He would not even listen to my complaints. He said I was just trying to get a free nights stay and told me to get lost. And I'm pretty sure drug dealing was going on. It was the worst place I have ever seen
