Travelers inn by OYO Wichita Falls

The photos are of another property. Do not stay hear. Everything is in shambles. Rooms stunk with Oder. No working AC. Windows broken. I did not stay at this location. I could go on and on but no way I was staying there. Request my cost of room back.

Our door was open when we arrived. It was filthy. The toilet was dirty, no toilet paper, and we counted8 dead cockroaches in the room. Door didn’t close right. Tried to get another room and couldn’t get the front door to work! Gave up, gave them their two sets of keys and told them we wouldn’t stay there. To their credit, the manager refunded my reservation. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

This place is so old dirty and had roaches was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

This property is old and run down. When it is $40 a night you get what you pay for. When it is $250 because of the HHH it would be nice to have soap and other essentials in the room.

Non working toilet...dirty walls inside restroom and bad smell at room.

No one at the front desk!! Couldnt get checked in. I had to go down the road and get another hotel room. Thats one way to make money....resell thebsame room numerous times in a night and have no one stay there. There were several other people trying to check in also. The lobby smelled and the whole property was dirty.

Not super quiet because it’s right next to the freeway, but makes it quickly assessable great customer service

Run down nasty room. Door gap possibly let whatever insects in that feasted upon us. My wife had a serious reaction to the 30 bites she got and we’re at urgent care now. Mattress was horrible. Hole in ceiling patched with black tape. Just nasty.

The property is in really bad state and rooms were dirty and smelled weird. I don’t think this is a “vacation” or “business” kinda of hotel. The receptionist was really nice and helped us with the check-in and some information

The gentleman at the desk was good courteous and helpful at check-in. Unfortunately, that was where the good stopped. After driving most of the day all we wanted was our room so we opened the door and proceeded to turn on the lights ( big mistake). My wife said hell no roaches. Since all the hotels have a basic no refund off to the store we went for bug spray. Fumigated the room ourselves. Time to get comfortable and relax ? NOPE somebody spent the next 4 hours either running across the floor above us or up and down the stairs to meet the multitude of late-night visitors Was gad to see 4am so we coud leave for our job
