Location, exceptional room furnishings and decor. Attentive staff and service. The breakfast facility, eating area was excellent. Food was excellent, service very friendly.

Room toilets were unusual ( all functions were operated by controller). Temperature control was difficult at best with radiators and cold air vents

Comfortable rooms. Excellent, plentiful breakfast with lots of choices each day. Very attentive staff, especially bell captain, concierge and wait staff.

Since it’s at the bottom of the old city’s hill, there was a lot of up and down each day.

Fabulous hotel. Great location in old Quebec. Large room, very comfortable. The restaurant is amazing, need to book, not cheap but worth it. The bar has great cocktails and nice light meals. Everything about the stay was 5 star, highly recommend.
