Quintessenza Luxury Domus

This is a small family run hotel. Only five rooms. Our room was tiny but had a great balcony. We also had the use of a roof terrace. It’s right in the middle of the old town. Staff were great and the breakfast changed daily. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was absolutely unbelievable! Delicious and so much variety. Loved the location and had a great time.

The B&B is located in probably the busiest street of Polignano with several bars. Street noise ( extremely loud) until after 2 a.m ! The air conditioning barely worked ( opening windows was not an option). Wifi problems ( limited connectivity)

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and we have travelled a lot! It is a small hotel and with that you get fantastic service. The breakfast was the most amazing hotel breakfast we’ve ever had- everything was fresh, local and homemade. It was so delicious I can’t put it into words. The roof terrace was beautiful and had views over the sea. The rooms was lovely too. Also, the service is impeccable due to it being family run and the staff were always on hand for recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Polignano.

This property is something special. You can tell that it is family run and a labour of love. They are so helpful and the breakfasts are truly insane. A huge spread of homemade sweet and savoury food. We had the room with the hot tub, which was lovely. I strongly recommend going to the rooftop terrace for sunset! We will be back

The property is located near the water. Up a lot of steps in a quaint area. Beautiful room, staff. Breakfast was amazing and served by owners father! Everything was perfect except it is VERY LOUD on the street had a hlll

I’d give an A+ for location. The property is thoughtfully appointed, quietly elegant. Breakfast is fantastic, all homemade goodies. Great staff. I’d go back again in a heartbeat.

There are stairs, plenty of them, so anyone with mobility issues will consider that a problem.
