Quintessenza Luxury Domus

Absolutely recommend Quintessenza Domus for your next stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. This family owned place went above and beyond for my pregnant wife and I. We couldn’t be more grateful to of found such an accommodating place to stay. Carola helped with recommendations, transfers, beach umbrella/towels. Breakfast spread every morning was different and so delicious. This place is in the middle of everything so everything was perfect walking distance. Overall it was a beautiful experience for our 6 day stay

Good location, great view from the rooftop over the city, great for drinks and the rooms were really nice and had everything we needed.

A family run business so it feels like an air bnb. The owner was really lovely and helpful at all times. Breakfast is amazing and a real credit to them. Feels very like you are staying in a home not a hotel. Our room was quite large and air con worked well on the very hot days. Getting there was easy. We parked outside on a public car park and the hotel got a transport for us.

The noise. It was to be honest unbearable. There is a bar outside the hotel. We were there on a weekend and there was a DJ set up right at the front door of the hotel. Literally under the window of one of the guest rooms. On the first night it went to about 2am. Then on the Sunday. All day. Non stop. If we had of been there longer we would have checked out. It seemed to be the only alley way that had this problem. The owners really need to address this as it is going to really affect their business long term.

The Hotel was lovely and the owner Carola and her family could not have been more attentive and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous Thank you for a wonderful stay Grazie Mille

The best Personal service Fresh Different each day / premium ingredients

A wonderful small boutique hotel right in the middle of the old town. The transfer from our car with parking organised by the hotel was seamless and efficient. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with food freshly baked by Maria. Each day had different food. A definite highlight of our stay. Beautiful views from the roof top terrace.

OMG if you get the chance, you have to stay here. Accommodation & location both amazing. The breakfasts are the best in Italy & the homemade tiramisu cake is to die for. Everything is 5 star & would return in a heartbeat. Carola is the perfect hostess & the staff are all very friendly & attentive to your needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This is probably the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in. We had a lovely room with a balcony to sit out on and soak up the atmosphere. The minibar is a extremely well furnished with everything you’d need for a nice drink in the room, both alcoholic and non. The attention to detail in all respects is second to none and the breakfast (completely different every day!) was absolutely exceptional, with both sweet and savoury options. The owners were very exceptionally helpful and friendly; nothing was too much bother for them. A great example for everyone in hospitality.

There was a little noise from the road below (no cars, just people enjoying themselves) but when we shut the windows and shutters and turned on the (very efficient) aircon, it was fine.
