What a fantastic experience staying at Quinessenza. Carole and Nunzio were the perfect hosts, ably supported by Maria in the kitchen. each morning at breakfast was wonderful experience of beautiful Italian cuisine which you were taken through by the enthusiastic Nunzio. every request for assistance from Carole was met with a smile and only added to the overall experience. The hotel was centrally located to the old town and the carjacking arrangements were seamless in its execution

This is a gorgeous B&B in the heart of Polignano a Mare. Carola is incredibly helpful and made out seemless. Her Dad greeted us at breakfast every morning and always made sure we started our day well fed! The rooms are great and spotless. The location is perfect. It also has a lovely rooftop terrace we enjoyed during our stay. Highly recommend.

Be advised there is no elevator. Until I learn to pack a little lighter, it is a bit of a challenge to move a large bag upstairs.

This was a magical stay, far exceeded our expectations. Family run boutique hotel, with Carola on reception and the owner Nunzio at breakfast each day. Incredibly accommodating: breakfast was never the same 2 days in a row, so many cakes, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cured meats and cheeses, and you can request eggs, plus fresh coffees made to order. You can see the love and thought poured into making this such a comfortable stay. Also right in the heart of old town, everywhere is a 1-8 minute walk in town. Would come back again, we miss Nunzio already!! Thank you for such a lovely stay

Everything was excellent! The staff, Nunzio always ready to help and please and Carola as well. The location perfect and on the piazza. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety and all home made 😋 The rooms are clean and a perfect roof top terrace to enjoys an appetitive 🥂

Nunsio and Carola couldn’t do anything more for their guests if they tried. Immaculate establishment with the best breakfast and service in the whole of Italy. Bravo!

Nothing whatsoever

This is the place to stay in Polignano without question. The location is perfect, its run by the most beautiful family who go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed. Carola was so helpful in booking restaurants and great advice on activities, excellent communicator and responded to any question almost instantly before we arrived. Federico helped us with parking and transfers and had great tips on local bars. The best thing about this place is Nunzio and his breakfast experience! Breakfast each day was a highlight and spending time with Nunzio was a great way to start the day enriched by such a wonderful man and passion for quality food. My wife and I loved this time and have raved about it since, we will go back and take our family next time so they can get the same experience.
