Las instalaciones

El buffet se puede mejorar. Para estar en Oaxaca el menú tiene bastantes áreas de oportunidad, además de que no había alguno para niños.

El hotel es muy bonito. grande de sueño hermoso. Tiene una vista preciosa desde la alberca. muy atento el personal.

La comida del restaurante de playa como que nos quedó a deber. Y los snacks no me gustaron.

Amazing experience!!! The Service was amazing the rooms were clean everyone is friendly . The show oaxaqueño was a MUST SEE, the dancers were great ! Antonio was the best Dancer!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Te qui3ren hacer perder tiempo al llegar vendiendote estadias, lo que quieres es llegar, instalarte y disfrutar tus vacaciones. M8 yabitqcoon no tenia bebidas en el frigobar aun cuando esta especificado cuando la recerve

El hotel, ubicacion.

Los alimentos, mi habitaion debia tener frigobar con bebidas.... estubo vacion todo el tiempo. Que ese servicio nonlo manejaban aun cuando esta especificado en la habitqcion.

"El pero en lo súper"

La opción de todo incluído. Nos facilitó la estancia, sobre todo con niños.

El último día antes de salir del hotel, nos insistieron al ofrecernos paquetes de estancia en hoteles de la cadena y nos quitaron tiempo que pudimos haber disfrutado de otra manera. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien.
