Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jackson by IHG

There was no furniture to sit on in the room except for the bed and desk chair. They said an inspector for holiday inn had it removed because it didn’t meet standards. But, they didn’t replace it because they are going to remodel the rooms in the future.

First of all housekeeping was wonderful! We were in room 109. After the first night we let the front desk know that the next door room had their timer on their tv on and it was blasting all night. We could not call the front desk because our phone didn’t work. Also , our tv remote did not work and said on the back , breakfast room. Front desk was apprised of all of this and never made any of the corrections the entire time we stayed.

Nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast and nice employees. The room was neat and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Good stay, but the television was not working, could not get it out of analog mode and the remote was not working right, but I slept mostly.

It was nice but the hot tub wasn’t working .

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was adequate. We missed a laundry bag in the room as well as a safe.

Generally, I like staying here when ever I’m in the area as I have friends here and the hotel is centrally located, clean, and the staff is terrific. This time however, the temperatures were very very hot outside and the wall air conditioner was just to old to handle it. The machine was working so hard and was so noisy it was like sleeping with a tractor by your bedside. I would encourage management to address the aging equipment or risk losing patrons. I would still recommend the location as all other factors are commendable but be sure to check the air conditioner before settling in.

Very good experience. Clean comfortable room, good parking, the hotel is close to everything, and staff was very nice.. Breakfast was also very good
