The pool was nice. The alarm to the back door was a bit annoying should be a bypass for when children are not staying.

The home was beautiful and comfortable, if only the check out time wasn’t 10 or threatened that if we checked out late we will be charged a late fee. Other than that everything was great.

The check in process was simple. If you book through hotels.com, you don’t know what property you’re going to be placed in until you check in. We were placed at the Sweet Water Club. This particular unit was clean however super outdated. One of bathrooms had mold in the shower. Check out time is a little early(10am) however they do offer late check out for an additional fee. I would stay here again, however I would book directly with the property so that I can choose the property I’d prefer. Very spacious property.

We stayed 8 nights from which could only slept well on 7. Very loud people in the apt upstairs, woke us up every time by running/stamping on the floor, dragging furniture or dropping heavy stuff (between 11pm and 4am) and lasted 1 to 2 hrs at least, each night. When called to complaint, we were told to drive to the main gate and talk to the night guard if that happened again. The apt. needed some TLC and one of the bthr was clogged. We had to use the entire stay only the MB bathroom... Very uncomfortable. Only good thing about the place: the pool. Great for families with young kids like ours. Not worthy though... I would not stay there again.

You know what this was a cute little place. The amenities were great, location was amazing but there were a few things that I felt should have been checked by the cleaning staff before we checked in. The scissors, corkscrew, and toilet plunger were damaged beyond use. The toilet did not operate well and the air-conditioning and safe had no instructions. I stayed with a friend and she used the couch... not the sofa bed but the couch because the sofa bad was horrendous. Knowone could sleep in it for more than 15 min. There is a saying that you get what you pay for but the beds should at least be sleepable.

The Villas where really nice the beds where totally uncomfortable. And the was no sofa bed as listed. The pool Manager was a very rude and fouled mouth not towards us but another party. He could have been alot nicer about it. He just very rudely told some people to leave the pool area over lotions and hair oil.

We love this place the pool And space of the condo was amazing. Where the condo is located it was easy to get into all different places.

When we arrived to check in our property was not ready. The agent simply said it’s not her fault and I needed to wait. Nearly 2 hours later we were finally given the keys. Upon arrival there was a terrible smell (like a wet moldy smell) we went and bought some febreeze in hopes it would control the smell, it didn’t. We were booked for the week so after a couple days we called about the smell and a few other things, such as no water pressure, how dingy and dirty the place was and how patched up the place was. We never got a call back so we just continued our vacation. Upon check out we made complaints to the manager and showed pics. We were assured it would be handled and someone would be in touch. Needless to say it never happened even after several attempts to contact a manager. Basically you get what you pay for and that’s exactly what we got. I wouldn’t recommend this agency for your vacation mostly based on customer service and care and for our next vacation we will LISTEN to the reviews!

We really liked that it felt like Home. Way better then a hotel.

I loved everything about our villa! The staff was amazing! Cons- didn’t like waiting to have to check in at 4pm but it was all worth it once we got to the property! Shout out to Ms.Debbie ❤️
