Really liked property except got stung by wasp wich nest was right above front door told office took care of issue would have been excellent except for that

The laundromat machine was not working! And I called for service and they never came to fix it .

I’m planing to stay there again.!!!

We rented a 4 bedroom house The house was lovely. The only issue we occurred was ants in the bathrooms.

The 4-bedroom condo at Corral Cay was convenient with 3 baths. Beds were standard and has ample amenities. The jacuzzi was dirty and had algae. The cleaners did a minimal job and poured too much bleach. I had to get out later that evening because my skin was reacting to the chemicals. I had to rent an iron with a deposit even though the iron was broken. When i returned it, the front desk employee ignored the comment when I said it needs to be looked at. I brought it up again she immediately changed topics. I did a third time, she gave attitude and said ill receive my deposit back. She was in her late 30s or early 40s. This was not a friendly way to end my stay.

They have alot of bedroom and we didn't have to sleep under each other

I liked that it was spacious and included things like a pack 'n play and oscillating fan. It was also wonderful to have a full sized washer and dryer.

Upon entering the apartment, we found lots of dead bugs all on the floor by the front door, under the dining room table, on the kitchen floor and in rhe living room. Told the front desk that I was not going to sleep in that unit but was told they were booked and couldnt move me. I had to locate another hotel to stay in for the night and had to pay for it out of my own pocket. The next day Had to go back to "Magical Memories" to speak with a manager, that told me, the bugs were harmless. Not a great start to the vacation. Desk clerk did put me in another unit on a completely different property because someone checked out; however, did not offer reimbursement for the night I didnt stay in the bug infested unit.

Property is in a resort complex with pool, limited library, pool table in a quiet area. Property had griller, spa and was well stocked with appliances and cooking facilities.
