We loved that fact that it had a hot tub and even tho the properties were close to each other it was very quiet. Over all great experience and WILL GO BACK!

The property was in fact a community and gave the commodities of home. For example, swimming pool, gym and club house where you could sit and mingle or just relax. We loved it and felt right at home as soon as we walked through the doors.

We loved our stay despite all the bad reviews I read prior to our stay ( that has me scared) our vacation home was lovely quiet neighborhood great curb appeal. When we book again I will request the same home..... Side note the furniture in the home was a little worn and dirty, but we just cleaned the cushions, and pillows ourselves and enjoyed our vaca

I WOULD REFER THIS PLACE TO EVERYBODY I MY SELF WHEN I GET A CHANCE TO GO TO ORLANDO AGAIN THIS WILL BE WHERE I WILL STAY AGAIN AND AGAIN

There was mold in the bathroom Broken electrical outlets Long hair in the bed sheets No working televisions No house cleaning staff after 4:00 pm No manager on site after 5:00 pm A ridiculous cleaning fee when laundry detergent was all over the washer and dryer Dirty pillow cases

The quite neighbor Hood and the home it self and we loved the pool.

The property exceeded my expectations. It was very nice and clean. I just did not like the main office was far from the villa.

I would never recommend or go back. I have traveled all over the United States and never have I had to deal with such a rude person before in my life (Front desk lady by the name of Maryion or at least what she told me ) She hung up on me when I called to tell her that I checked out . VERY RUDE AND THREATEN ME told me that I wouldn't get my deposit back because I didn't bring her the keys before I (keys were left in room with parking perment for the front gate and door opens with code) I left the keys on the counter top for housekeeping. My family and I left very early in the morning around 3:30am to catch our flight .(The front office doesn't open till 8am ) .

Location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was a little out dated. The bed frames were broken. The walls could use some fresh paint and pictures. The unit wasnt as clean as i would have liked.

We were completely unsatisfied with our stay. To begin the unit was 30 minutes from where we had to pick up and drop off the key and was on the opposite side of town. We arrived at 340 and they wouldn't even give us the key until 4, so we drove the 30+ minutes in rush hour traffic. The unit was completely outdated and so many things broken. The beds were TERRIBLE! Pool was like you would see in a Quality Inn, nothing special or magical about it. I really don't have one good thing to say. You are better off spending less money and staying at a Hampton Inn
