I booked this Royal Laguna villas through Expedia. I called this property on the day of arrival at 1pm. I was told that 2 days ago the property was sold. And I was assigned completely different property. I mentioned that I would arrive after 8pm. I was told to go to the IPG realty office for directions how to check in. I arrived at IPG Realty but office was closed (after 5pm). There was emergency phone number printed on the door. I called the number and was given address for the property. Why did I have to waste 1 hour, why they didn't tell me when I first called beats me. The property was located at Coral cay resort, but the gate code was not given me. Luckily another tenant at the property told me the code. Realtor from IPG appeared at my unit couple days later to collect cleaning fee, she promised me pool card but never provided it. I did call the IPG office again twice on different days during business hours. Realtor would tell me that they would call me back, but never did. So we never had access to the pool. Property was clean with no insects.

Office is out of resort. Small beds. Minimal amenities. Cats around property (my son is extremely allergic to cats). Raccoon pulling out trash. Guests didn’t clean after their dogs. Traffic congestion, take time to get access main roads.

"The worst stay ever experienced "

To begin with, the rooms are not as shown in the picture. The staff was very rude on the phone and said that if we do not sign docs at the front desk by noon then she will tell us to leave the premises. Extremely rude! During checking out after our 4 day stay, the cleaning people arrived at room 45 mins before the check out time and forced us to leave. They stood there and watched while we packed our belongings. We told them to give us 30 mins to pack since we were traveling with a baby but they were very rude and simply stood there and started calling the other staff about us making them wait. Never ever have we experienced such a treatment and we travel extensively all over the country and the world. Avoid this place at all cost.

"Excellent"

The wifi and celluar service were pretty awful, but when we werent satisfied with the condition of our inital villa They moved us to a larger one at no charge the next day. Overall pretty clean too.

"Happy 2nd Visit "

This was our second year in a row and we were very satisfied. I just hope you don’t change like other places we have used and got used to only to have them change for the worse.

"Old furniture "

The unit I had wasn’t clean the beds we’re uncomfortable the bed sixes didn’t match the furniture was old and raggedy, this unit was like an upscale motel, I called to complain and I was moved to a much nicer unit and everything about the new unit was perfect I’ll always ask for the Windsor hills unit

I liked the property it was very beautiful on the outside but the inside was not great. It was clean inside but the utilities were so out dated and not in the beat condition. The garbage can in the kitchen is not in a good condition. The master bedroom had a huge carpet stain at the foot of the dresser and in side of one of the drawers there was also a huge stain. In the kids room the dresser was taped up on top I guess it was to keep the laminate from falling off. I did see in the bathroom in the floor a shell of a shrimp in the master bathroom. So I felt the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly before I arrived the kitchen cabinets were so outdated and old. The area I loved the most inside the property was the living room it was very clean very spacious but the dining room table was not good and so was the coffee table they both had huge stains and the dinner chairs were stained also to the point that I would sit on them. The property is cute but definitely needs and update

No good at all very bad they said 3 rooms villas everything was broken no comfortable smaller bad like they never use the air condition the mattress are old and bad no good services property has mouses.

"Staying at the Holiday Inn next time :("

For check in we went to a building hours stated open till 8:00pm were there at 7:45pm no one was around. We had to call to find out how to get keys for building (my husband was trying to call on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer). Very rude on the phone with son-in-law. Then had to go back the next morning to place credit card (then another fee for pool access). Window in living room cracked, 6 towels for three bedroom condo, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 day stay, beds hard and uncomfortable, hot tub green and emptying and pelling painting on bedroom bathroom. Then for check out again office was to be open we had to call for code to put keys in box again no one around
