Royal Laguna Villas By Magical Memories

The only thing wrong was the pool. Ther lights in the pool didnt work. Plus the pool was draining slowly on its own. And the filter didnt work properly. Otherwise the property was fantastic and I will be staying again.

The villa was not as up to date as the pictures suggested. Some of the pots were very wore and we could not find the remotes for the TVs at first. Also, it advertises a game game room and there was none. But it was very spacious and clean for the most part.

When we got to our room some of the dining room chairs were wobbly. The coffee tables was wobbly. The refrigerator door wouldn't close all the way. Also some of the TV in the room were not working and the fact that there is no onsite customer service agent is a disappointment. Sofa bed was bad and you could feel the springs. The fact that there was only one agent at check in us not good and she was very overwhelmed but she was nice. They need to update their beds and furniture.....

It may not be correct as this review will show as a review for Royal Laguna. I never stayed at Royal Laguna although that is where according to Expedia I made the reservation for. I stayed somewhere else where none of the amenities mentioned were available. This while I made the reservation based on some of these amenities. The only thing Magical memories said was that the information provided by Expedia is outdated. This is called false advertisement. Also I made a reservation for 10 persons. It was supposed to have 4 bedrooms (beds for 8) and a sofa bed. When we reached there, there was no sofa bed. When asked about this it was stated that I made the reservation for 7 adults and 3 children and there was enough room for my party. Basically the kids could sleep on the ground. They claimed there was an air mattress (which I did not reserve) and that is even more comfortable than a sofa bed. There was no air mattress in the home. At first I did not even worry with it and was prepared to take this one time loss. Only because I had to go by Magical Memories anyway I still decided to request the air mattress for the last days of our stay. Even with mail package, which you don't have a choice but to send to their office, they are terrible. They charge $5 per package but they don't even have a proper registration of the packages. I will never again book any place in any way associated with Magical Memories. Even with Expedia I'll be extra careful as I can't rely on the information.

I will never stay at this place again. They stole my mother's retirement money. I called and spoke to the Manager Mariam and someone else named Naomi and they said that they had the money and were going to mail it to be by check. Turns out that now they are claiming that they mail out the cash but we never received it. They kept the money! very dishonest!!!!

the air conditioner don’t function we state 3 nights without a/c we call the person in charge and they suppose to send a technician and the problem continue for 2 more days . At the end of the week they install a new unit . They said that going to have some credit back but I’m still waiting for that.

Villa was spacious and comfortable for the five of us. Had one minor issue develop, but the staff was accessible and provided a prompt remedy. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and will likely return in 2 years.

Badly cleaned, hard squeaky mattresses that make noise every movement you make, horrible communication, management only available specific days, don’t solve problems (refund) at the moment, tell you they will email you.

This property should not be a vacation rental. The house is old and outdated. The neighborhood is not safe. I had to park my car next to an abandoned car with no license plate every night. There was a mattress outside a unit two doors down from our rental. It was a mistake to rent from this company.
