I liked where we stayed the condo was nice and clean. I would recommend and stay again. Great price for a 4 bedroom condo!!

I liked the location. The plants were dusty and there were mildew areas.

It’s so amazing to staying in magical memories. We feel like own home.

Pool access was great all the employees were very nice and helpful when asking questions.

There were roaches in the villa ...every where i walked in front of the villa there was dog feces highly disgusted by that . Literally myself husband and children were playing hop scotch to walk back and forth from the car to the villa. The appliances as well as the utensil with exception to the washing machine and dryer were something from the 1950s . The bathroom shower/tub were so discolored that we went to buy cleaning products and cleaned them before we could shower. My 3 year old loves baths but I couldn'tbring myself to have him sit in that tub. The linens were seriously faded and should have been discarded about 2 years ago. The towels were bad as well since we had pick the lint off of our skin all day long after using them.We only continued our stay because we stayed out until it was just about time to close our eyes. I also forgot mention the dirty filthy rug that was in the living room that i did nt realized smelled like vomit until i bent to pick my 3 year old off it. The stairs to get up to the villa where we were staying were a death trap. The overall conditions of this place was not something i would expect when vacationing . I actually felt a little ashamed when my kids asked us if we have to stay here. I took a few pictures of these conditions for my record.

Everything was dirty old and broken down! Was PROMISED a beautiful upgrade at my expense, on that first night and was told on the last 4 days of my 10 night trip that it had been given to another family! Don’t stay at “Rainforest Place”

Safe, clean and neat. Very nice place to be and very relaxing.
