Extended Stay America Suites - Hampton - Coliseum

Miss Paula, who was a receptionist at the time was very sweet, explained everything to us and told us where the elevator was

The location was near the Hampton Coliseum, which is good, but there are limited amount of parking spaces due to other hotels in the area

The stuff Ms.Sallie and Denishs is the greatest they make me feel like I am home. We are here for work it is always a smile,how are you something to make you feel good. The hotel is nice and clean. They make us feel like that they want us to be here. In a nice area. It is a great place to be. I have a nice time being here. Like the bathroom. It is a nice price.

Location excellent, courteous, apologetic. staff. The facility however is unkempt and outdated. The first room on the 2nd floor reeked of smoke although this was to be a non-smoking hotel. Dark, dirty, and disgusting. The 2nd room, 1st floor, smelled fresher as if had recently been cleaned. The bathroom left much to be desired. Leaking sink, tub drain corrosion quite evident. The tub enclosure give the feel of dirt and grime. Carpet and tile floors dirty. I spilled a bit of water in the mock kitchen. Wiped it up with tissue 🤢🤮. Dust and spider web on bedside lamp. Due to most places being sold-out, I ventured to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to clean this room...housekeeping only cleans every 14 days unless you pay extra! Oh, the kitchen...bare...if you want to make coffee, you must bring your own coffee maker...they have none available 😉. There is a refrigerator, cook top, and sink, but no supplies. You can purchase them at the front desk. This is the worse ExtendedStay I have ever visited. Never, ever, ever again!

Nothing both stays was terrible and then l was told l threaten someone from the staff and l never talked too anyone at all. The one person l was talking to was Cassy

Nobody came and checked to see if we needed anything. U have employees that don't know how to do their jobs correctly.no customer service skills no one but Cassy
