The room was ok, staff was great!! people hanging around questionable. price was good.

This property is dirty and outdated. My bedsheets had a pair of used socks laying in it. The shower was moldy. The kitchen didn’t have any plates, cups, cookware, utensils. The front desk told us they were sold out of kitchen ware. The area around the hotel feels unsafe too. Would not recommend!!

Nisha at The Desk was very helpful and Friendly. She Checked us in and out gave us places to eat. Nisha Spoke to us as we come and went even when she was in the back doing laundry. My family was very happy with our Experience With her. The young lady that was there at 4 was no where to be found and when she showed up she didnt help was on her phone with someone.

This is a terrible property, and it should not be listed with Expedia. It is dirty and run down. The carpets are absolutely filthy, countertops had holes and stains, and the bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Obviously would never return.

Two issues and One BIG compliment: 1. The wheelchair accessible room bathroom was too small for our power wheelchair, which made things very inconvenient. 2. The room was acceptably clean, despite the odor that remained. The hotel was about to clean all AC units, so perhaps this will help COMPLIMENT: the Manager, Amber, and her other supervisory helper, Sally -- were superb individuals, very kind and helpful to us. Clearly, whoever hired Amber did a GREAT job! My thought is that she will be moving up in the hospitality industry -- she really cares and it shows!
