Days Inn by Wyndham Rayne/Crowley

let’s just say the property is in much needed upgrade and very musty smell throughout . No elevator so we had to haul all our stuff up and down stairs. There was no free breakfast as advertised. Although in a decent part of town there were people coming and going all night.

Started with missing fire alarm on ceiling then no shampoo, they said they were out, shows breakfast on reservation, no breakfast, apple juice ran out, 2 days later still out, they said they didnt have any. Poor lady was having to tell us and everbody else, sorry, sorry, sorry. Bad ran hotel, our friend's were at Best Western and had everything there

This room had poor service no heater@ 38 degrees no hotwater to take a shower no phone service in the room, no working iron, toilet seat broke

Very happy with stay. Don’t understand the negative reviews. Need to have full breakfast offered. Even if it raises price a little. Room clean and bathroom was very clean. Considering I’m a clean freak, that says a lot.

This property has a lot of mold issues. I was sent to four different rooms with a different problem. I asked if they could have the manager to call me and still have not spoken to the manager. Will not stay again!

The first room was substandard, old smell got nose blind but bothered my sinuses the second day. Toilet paper holder rusting. I've never seen that before. I wouldn't put a guest in that room. Second room much better updated with everything in it. Big difference. The lady who fixed the coffee was very nice and the house keepers were great as well. That made the difference. Location is near everything. That's good. And close to the interstat as well.

My review is just like all the other 1 star reviews. Nothing nice to say about the place. there was no breakfast and the juice machine tasted sour. Worst Wyndham resort I've ever been to. Here's more words to fit my review

The general manager was unprofessional told me my dog is a emotional support dog. I showed him all my papers and documents he refused to read them. Said anyone could have made that up and written it. I will be getting a layer and suing. The destress I was put through was uncanny. I had a panic attack in the lobby. I said I’m not staying here I don’t feel safe I never signed anything. The general manager asked for pet fee. I said I’ll go to another hotel in which he said I still have to pay for my hotel even though I was not staying there. I’m presuming legal action !

The room was horribly outdated and absolutely filthy. I will never stay here again. Horrible experience!!
