Days Inn by Wyndham Rayne/Crowley

Place was dirty, poorly kept, a/c systems couldn't keep up(75 degrees out) and smelt like mold, broken elevator, felt like an inconvenience to staff, used towels on shower curtain, stains and old paint on towels, and random junk just piled in random places. Carpet clumped up in spots and duct tapped in spots. Beds terribly uncomfortable

This hotel was disgusting. Black mold in room on curtains & in the bathroom from a water leak. Room smelled horribly. Room key wouldn’t work so we had to go to the front desk every time we wanted in our room to ask for them to let us in

This location was filthy and nothing worked. our A/C / Heating unit was not even plugged in and when I plugged it in, the knobs were broken so could not tell what you were adjusting. Staff did not care. towels were stained. Lamps did not have light bulbs.

Nothing worked in room!! Tv broken - heater broken - lights out!! Dirty!! Had to be mixed but same situation in new room!! Worst hotels.com experience I’ve ever had!

It was a cold and windy/rainy night. Due to traffic problems I got caught in this little town. I thought a Wyndham backed hotel would be fine. It was shabby, and filthy. Items piled in stairwell (old heaters, chairs, lamp shades). No elevator. Stair and hallway carpets, dirty and stained. In room, dirt packed up along bottom of tub, stool seat broken and kept sliding off, gummy stains on top of fridge, no freezer. Only 1 drinking glass in room, carpets stained, tv didn’t work nor did the heater. I took pictures that I will be sending in to Wyndham as soon as I can get an address

I wish I could give a 0. Wyndham should close this hotel. We needed to stay because of my mothers funeral. I have never experienced such a dirty smelly hotel. I had made reservations for two rooms and was stuck here because of no availability in area hotels because of Mardi Gras. The first room we were given wreaked of dog urine, mold and other odors, so we were given another (only available) was a little better. No smells but the carpet had multiple stains and the bathroom was nasty in the corners, with questionable sanitary conditions. The mattress cover had multiple stains that showed thru the thin sheets. Our room was not cleaned after the first night no bed made and no clean towels . My adult children’s room had mold/ mildew on the ceiling in the shower and only lukewarm water The toilet was not secure to the floor. The coatrack was missing a nail with only one hanger available. The t.v. was missing a leg so it was propped up with the Bible. The carpets in general throughout were badly stained and just plain dirty. The musty smells were also throughout the hotel. And there is NO elevator. Not ADA compliant. I am not one to review good or bad but people need to know about this place. I feel bad for the office staff because they were the only nice aspects of the hotel. Not one should pay for such accommodations.

Please avoid this place at all cost. The hotel is very dirty and the staff is just there for a pay check!! I had no lights in the bathroom, reported for Two days and nothing!!! The water didn’t work, they didn’t even change rooms and they weren’t booked!!!

Dirty (the lobby smelled like mold and the carpets were dirty), rundown, poor repairs (rust on refrigerator and door frames, holes in walls, wrong type of toilet seat), poor service (the check out attendant was extremely rude), no breakfast (they advertise free continental breakfast, all they had was coffee). no hot water (I let the water run for over 5 minutes), and broken equipment (alarm clock and phone were both inoperative.

It was a comfortable stay. What I did not appreciate, was advertising breakfast, then not serving any.
