Bugs in the rooms, drains that held water, toilet ran, lamp that had no outlet to be plugged in at, lamp with no bulb in it, overhead light hanging down. And this was the better of the 2 rooms. Oh. And let's not forget that the front desk GOT ROBBED while we were there. 6/11/22

This place should be closed until they can properly clean and renovate. The carpet is horrible and likely has mold. The surfaces had not been wiped down, there were crumbs and cup marks on sticky furniture. Carpet not vacuumed and toilet seat dirty. Glad I carry Clorox wipes. Furnishings need upgrades. Went to shower and there was a dirty wash cloth from previous guest in shower! Other guests were rude, banging on walls and floors, kids running around upstairs, doors slamming well after midnight. Doors did not feel secure so I moved refrigerator in front of adjoining door. Only good thing they allow pets, but my dog did not sleep either. The restaurant next door was pretty good. Other than that would not recommend

"Hotel Lies "

There is no free breakfast. When I call hotels.com they keep calling someone who keeps saying there is a breakfast. I am going through hoops to get someone from corporate on the phone but I will get a refund because I do not like being lied to.
