Lobby was unbearably hot. Breakfast was mediocre. After discussing it with other parents, I don’t think some of the food was any good since it was left out in such bad heat. The elevator quit working day one. And my kids were so excited to swim.. cold pool, no towels and the concrete around the pool was slick as hell!! My 4 year old daughter fell and could’ve very easily hurt herself. Rooms were ok, bathroom door was a headache the way it opened. Bathroom in general was TINY. This hotel was way over priced!!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The indoor pool was so cold it was impossible to actually swim and it was full of hair and debris.

The breakfast left ALOT to be desired, the eggs were terrible, they were out of drink options at 8:15 and no one replenished them prior to the 9:00 am cutoff.
