Great stay the staff were super helpful and the room was neat and clean!

Unclean

Parking lot was well lit when we arrived after midnight. Room was clean and housekeeping was so helpful and courteous. The pillows were soft and the bed was comfortable.

When we checked in and entered our room we discovered drops of urine on the toilet seat!! The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and there was black mold on the bathroom walls. When we brought this to the attention of the person at the front desk his response was indifference, saying that isn't mold on the wall it's a stain. No offer to put us in a different room. Helicopters were flying overhead until 3 am and light from the parking lot made it hard to sleep. Don't go to breakfast towards the end because there wasn't much left to choose from.

Friendly staff

Everything was broken. Food for bis and gravy was broke, so there was no bread at breakfast until I asked for white bread we could toast. The elevator was broken. The price that I got for the 1st two rooms I booked was 35 dollars cheaper than the room I had to add on later. I think they should've been all the same price.

The breakfast was not good. No orange juices or hot chocolate. The hotel is starting to show its age. the internet was not working.

Hotel on most point good to great. Breakfast was great.

No daily room service. Had to take out you own trash and get your own clean towels from front desk.
