Clean rooms but a bit of wear. Loose fixtures etc. Good air conditioning.

It was ok to say the least has to switch rooms 3 times.

The bed was the only plus.

The shower had no shelves or bars for extra towels. The lighting was lousy. The shades on the window was broken. No soap, shampoo, etc. Breakfast was horrible.

The facility was clean

We arrived at 6 for our room and we was told it was going to be another 30mins before it would be ready. Even tho check in was supposed to be 3pm! I won't be going back. They didn't seem to care about the time.

We arrived early and had asked for early check in, front desk staff charged us $20 extra. Breakfast was very minimal, not very clean, staff didn’t clean room in between days. Not recommended.

The halls have an unpleasant odor, and my room had quite a few small flying insects -- not gnats, but about that size -- that seemed to hang out mostly around the sink but came over to the bed area when I turned on a bedside light or opened my laptop. Also, I found out a bit late that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a roll under the sink, thankfully, so I was able to waddle over there and back to the toilet without any major mess but still. The toilet paper holder was right behind the door, which might explain why it was barely hanging on to the wall. Also, the vinyl flooring entry way wasn't clean, as I learned when I took off my thongs, walked to the sink barefoot, then looked at my now filthy feet. In short, I won't be recommending this property, or Comfort Inn generally, to anyone I know.

The meal

The elevators were dirty,there were bugs in my Jacuzzi tub,the rooms smelled bad and had to get own towels and trash can liners from front desk,had to change your own trash

The rooms are clean. Checking in the person said the credit card Expedia gave was not valid and I needed to call Expedia to rectify it. Expedia was great and I think even the rep was confused. She did give me a room but initial room given was 2 doubles that smelled like smoke. When I went to desk to tell her she said that’s what I reserved. I showed her my reservation that said 1 king size bed, non-smoking. She did then give us the correct room. The staff was friendly though. As far as breakfast we were never told the hours so we never partook. Lastly, there was a $3.50/day service fee, that seemed strange especially since housekeeping did not service our room at all during our 3 day stay.
