location of the resort, was not a inclusive resort that provided security and gated community. Bedding was horrible, mattress hard, pillows not comfortable. Food was ok not outstanding. Beach was not accessible due to seaweed and lack of space, sand as advertised. Seating at pool was limited. Location was not what it stated on the website. The travel staff was not helpful in planning day trips. The sales area for membership was forced on us.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Coco Reef Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful — the beach was stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. A very special thank you to Krystel, who truly made our experience unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, energetic, and always made sure we were having fun. Whether it was organizing activities, making us laugh, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, Krystel went above and beyond. Her positive attitude and warm personality made our vacation even more special.

que no hay un dispencer de agua caliente para los termos . porque ya que somos ARGENTINOS como tambien los uruguayos tomamos mates..

La proximité du centre ville

Les boissons cocktail horrible pour le prix, pas de petit dej à emporter pour les départs de bonne heure en excursion, ils disent qu'ils faut se faire des sandwiches la veille et les garder dans notre frigo !!! Et de plus on fait comment si on ne mange pas au buffet ?? Les transats sont occupés dés 8h par des serviettes et non des gens !!! La plage pas top bcp d'algues en fin après midi ( le matin ils les ramassent), plusieurs bateaux sur cette plage. Odeurs désagréables par moment.

Le cadre et les équipements

La nourriture était trop typée "world", trop riche et pas assez variée finalement.

Great smaller resort, relaxed vibe. The beach and pools were lovely. The hot tub was not hot, just a little warm. The staff were wonderful. The buffet food was good at breakfast and OK at lunch, not so great at dinner. The al a carte restaurants were very good. The drinks were great, as was the spa. A great place to go for a low keyed simple vacation.

The Reef Coco Beach was a beautiful resort. The Beach was amazing and the resort was very clean. The food and drinks were delicious. The staff were very enthusiastic and fun. Especially the activities with Kenneth who was in the activity department. Zumba and pool volleyball was so much fun. Definitely recommend this resort.

Loved waking up to the beach. The resort staff had great energy and was always making sure to include everyone in events especially Kenneth I always knew when he was hosting an event!

Oh my God I had the best time. We already plan on coming back next year. The bartenders were awesome. I really enjoyed Miranda, Daniel, Luis and there’s another one. I can’t remember his name. They served us Great drinks, great shots. They just did a great job. The staff in the restaurant were also very accommodating. They pull out your chair and put your napkin on your lap really sweet girls there. Boris is really good at Creating activities. It was just overall a great time and the food was fantastic, even the tacos at midnight. I cannot wait to go back. The only downfall I will say it was a little chilly, which doesn’t happen very often there and they don’t have heat in the rooms, only air conditioning.. so bring something warm for the cooler nights. Also the beds weren’t very comfortable. But we will still be back!
